WOOD: $3.50 per square foot Installation generally includes: Labor, Glue, Trim and Transitions Glue: (Ultrabond® 980 Urethane Wood-Flooring Adhesive Ultrabond ECO 980M is an innovative, solvent-free, one-part, moisture-curing urethane adhesive specifically designed for easy application and high performance.

LAMINATE: $2.75 per square foot Installations generally includes: Labor, Foam/moisture Padding, trim and transitions Pad: COMBI FLOOR The standard in sound and moisture protection. This underlayment protects floors with quality moisture protection while offering basic sound properties Additional costs: Floating Material: as part of our scope of work. We check to make sure that slab is evenly leveled before wood or laminate is put in. It is as important as the quality of installation itself that surfaces are even and flat. Usually speaking, a float bag can cover 50-100 square feet. Usually the crew will inform customers whether float is needed or not. Cost is: $35.00 per bag Strair cases: Standard stairs require about 8 stair noses. (cost will vary on type of material) Cost is: $50.00 per step additional labor + Cost of stair nose

TILE: $2.50 per square foot Installation generally includes: Labor, Setting material, and Grout. based on straight layout Additional costs: Diagonal Layout: $0.5 per square foot additional Pattern or diagonal with inserts: $0.75 per square foot additional

CARPET: All prices listed are installed prices Installation generally includes: Labor, Standard 1/2" 6 lbs Pad. (3/8" 6 lbs pad recommended for berbers) Additional costs: Upgraded Pad: 1/2" 8 lbs Pad: $.50 per square foot additional Others available upon request.

Additional Cost that may apply to all installations: 1. Take up: $1.5 per square foot for tile and glue down wood $.50 per square foot for laminate Carpet take up is free of charge ( there is an optional disposal fee of $39.00 to send the old carpet to a Carpet Reclamation center instead of landfill) 2. Furniture: There is no charge for standard furniture moving It is included in our prices. 3. Commods: $40.00 per commod, removal, change of ring and installation. ALL OUR INSTALLATIONS CARRY OUR STANDARD ONE FULL YEARS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ON PRODUCTS ARE FROM THE MANUFACTURERS. FROM TIME TO TIME WE OFFER EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH ADVERTISING A THREE OR FIVE YEAR WARRANTY.
